For the perfect Matcha Latte: 

Iced: Whisk 3g Premium Japanese Matcha Powder with 30ml hot water (80C) until smooth and foamy. Pour over ice and 80ml cold milk. Enjoy. 

Hot: Follow the same steps with hot milk instead. 

Optional: Add 1tsp of jam (blueberry or strawberry are lovely options) for a fruity twist.

Enjoy our blends hot or as a refreshing summer iced tea.

1. Simply brew the tea and leave to cool.

2. Pour over ice.

3. Add your favourite fruits - EG lime and mango or frozen blueberries and raspberries.

4. Add a splash of honey or maple syrup for sweetness (optional).

5. Enjoy!
