How to brew
How to brew
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (2–3g) to a strainer or teapot. Pour over 250ml of freshly boiled water (100°C). Steep for 3–5 minutes, or leave the leaves in for the classic British ‘builder’s tea’. Enjoy straight, or with a splash of milk. Add a touch of sugar or honey if that’s how you like it. No judgement here.
