Glow Elixir - Radiant Skin Blend

Burdock Root : Traditionally used for its purifying and detoxifying qualities, burdock is rich in antioxidants and valued in herbal traditions to support internal balance and skin health.

Lemon Myrtle : A fragrant native Australian herb, lemon myrtle is naturally high in antioxidants and traditionally known for its antimicrobial benefits. Traditionally used to refresh the body and support clear, balanced skin from the inside out.

Alfalfa Leaf : A nutrient-dense herb valued for its internal cleansing properties. Alfalfa is naturally rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as minerals like calcium and magnesium, supporting skin vitality and overall wellness.

Peppermint Leaf : Cooling and soothing, peppermint is often used to ease digestion and reduce internal heat, which may benefit skin clarity and calmness.

Liquorice Root : Traditionally used to harmonise and soothe, liquorice root supports digestive comfort and adrenal balance, while adding a naturally sweet grounding note to the blend.

Nettle Leaf : High in iron, zinc and silica, this mineral rich botanical is traditionally used to support vitality, circulation and overall wellness. A classic herb in traditional practice for promoting inner balance and a healthy glow.

Milk Thistle : Traditionally used to support liver health and natural detoxification. A balanced liver is often linked to overall wellbeing in herbal traditions.

Calendula Petals : Bright and gentle, calendula has been traditionally used for its soothing, balancing qualities - supporting calm from the inside out.

Orange Peel : Zesty and naturally rich in Vitamin C, orange peel brings brightness to the blend and its traditionally used to uplift the senses.

Add 1 heaped teaspoon (2–3g) per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.
Steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
Can be served warm or as a refreshing iced infusion. 

For glowing results, enjoy 2–3 cups daily as part of your inner wellness ritual.

Optional Botanical Face Steam:

The Glow Elixir can also be used as a gentle facial steam.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of herbs to a bowl of steaming water, cover your head with a towel, and let the vapours envelop your skin for 5–10 minutes.
Use once or twice weekly for a radiant, refreshed glow.
