This blend brings together soursop leaf and papaya leaf - herbs traditionally valued for their role in supporting immune function, digestive comfort and overall wellbeing. Rounded out with warming ginger, cleansing lemongrass and delicate blue mallow petals. This tea is both functional and deeply soothing.

As it steeps, the blend can transform into a soft violet-blue hue - a calming shift brought to life by blue mallow. A visually stunning ritual that nourishes from the inside out, offering both inner balance and sensory calm.

Enjoy hot or as a refreshing summer iced tea - simply brew the tea and leave to cool. Pour over ice & add your favourite fruits - lime and mango are my go-to for this blend, with a splash of honey or maple syrup for sweetness (optional). Enjoy!

How to brew

Enjoy 1–2 cups daily as part of your grounding ritual.
Add1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea to 250ml of freshly boiled water.
Steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain and sip slowly.
Best enjoyed with intention. Breathe deeply and let nature do the rest.
